1. Geliştirici ve kapsam
Parça Parça (İngilizce arayüz adı: Stitch Batch), Ege Software tarafından geliştirilen bir örgü ve amigurumi proje takip uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, Google AdMob reklamları içeren ve yayıma hazırlanan Android sürümünü açıklar; uygulamanın mağazada yayımlandığı anlamına gelmez.

2. Projeler ve seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar
Proje ve parça adları, adet hedefleri, sıra ilerlemesi, notlar, birleştirme kontrol listeleri, arşiv durumu, oluşturma ve güncelleme zamanları, dil tercihi ve seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar uygulamanın cihazdaki depolama alanında tutulur. Bu bilgiler projelerinizi göstermek ve kaldığınız yerden devam etmenizi sağlamak için kullanılır.
Uygulamada hesap veya giriş, Ege Software’e ait uygulama sunucusu, bulut eşitleme ya da Firebase hizmeti bulunmaz. Proje içeriğini ve seçtiğiniz fotoğrafları Ege Software sunucularına veya reklam hizmetine göndermeyiz. Bu, aşağıda açıklanan reklam hizmetinin hiç veri toplamadığı anlamına gelmez.
Fotoğraf ekleme isteğe bağlıdır. Fotoğraf seçiciden seçtiğiniz görselin bir kopyası uygulamanın dosya alanına kaydedilir; fotoğraf erişimini cihazınızın izin ayarlarından yönetebilirsiniz. Uygulamadaki fotoğrafı kaldırmak, galerinizdeki asıl fotoğrafı silmez.
3. Google AdMob reklamları ve veri paylaşımı
Android sürümünde yalnızca Atölye ekranında tek bir banner reklam alanı bulunur. Uygulama kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam ister; bu, reklam işlemlerinin anonim veya veri toplamadan gerçekleştiği anlamına gelmez. Proje takibi reklam yüklenmese de çevrimdışı kullanılabilir.
Google Mobile Ads SDK; IP adresini (yaklaşık konum için kullanılabilir), uygulama/reklam etkileşimlerini, performans ve tanılama bilgilerini, reklam kimliği ve uygulama kümesi kimliği gibi cihaz tanımlayıcılarını ve uygun olduğunda hesapla ilişkili tanımlayıcıları otomatik olarak toplar ve paylaşır. Amaçlar reklam sunumu, analiz ve sahtekârlığın önlenmesidir. Aktarım TLS ile şifrelenir. Ayrıntılar: Google Mobile Ads veri açıklaması.
Google bu verileri kendi hizmetleri kapsamında işler. Saklama, silme, paylaşım ve ülkeniz dışındaki sunucularda işleme hakkında Google Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir. Bu uygulamada Google reklam hizmetinden ayrı bir davranış analizi hizmeti kullanılmaz.
4. Reklam gizlilik seçimleriniz
Google’ın User Messaging Platform (UMP) hizmeti reklam gizlilik durumunu kontrol eder ve gerektiğinde seçim formunu gösterir. Google Mobile Ads başlatma ve reklam istekleri, UMP reklam isteğine izin verdiğini bildirmeden yapılmaz. Geçerli önceki seçimler uygulanabilir; bir formun her açılışta görünmesi gerekmez.
UMP gerekli olduğunu bildirdiğinde Atölye > Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri üzerinden formu yeniden açabilir ve mevcut seçimlerinizi değiştirebilirsiniz. Gizlilik kontrolü sırasında reklam gösterilmez. Reklama izin verilmemesi veya reklam hizmetinin kullanılamaması proje takibini engellemez.
Android ayarlarınızda sunuluyorsa reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Menü adları cihaz ve Android sürümüne göre değişir. Bu işlem proje kayıtlarınızı silmez ve Google’ın daha önce işlediği tüm verilerin silineceği anlamına gelmez.
5. JSON yedekleri ve sizin başlattığınız paylaşım
Atölye > Yedeği dışa aktar, proje bilgilerinizi ve dil tercihinizi JSON dosyasına yazar. Fotoğraflar yedeğe dahil değildir. Yedek dosyası şifrelenmez; dosyaya erişebilen bir kişi içindeki notları ve diğer kayıtları okuyabilir. Dosyayı güvenli bir yerde saklayın ve gereksiz hassas bilgi eklemeyin.
Dosyayı kaydetmek veya paylaşmak için seçtiğiniz uygulama, kişi ya da bulut hizmeti dosyayı alabilir; bu hedefi siz seçersiniz ve ilgili hizmetin gizlilik koşulları uygulanır. Bu işlem uygulamaya ait otomatik bulut eşitleme değildir. İçe aktarma, onayınızdan sonra mevcut projelerin yerini alır; fotoğrafları geri yüklemez. İçe/dışa aktarma sırasında uygulama önbelleğinde geçici dosya kopyaları oluşabilir.
6. Saklama ve silme
Projeyi sil, projeyi etkin kayıtlarınızdan kaldırır. Fotoğrafı kaldır, fotoğrafı projeden ayırır. Geri al işlevi son değişiklikleri mevcut oturumda geri çevirebilir; uygulama kapandığında bu işlem geçmişi silinir. Arşive kaldırma bir silme işlemi değildir.
Android’de kaldırılan veya değiştirilen fotoğrafların dosya kopyaları, geri alma işlemini desteklemek için hemen silinmez ve uygulama yeniden açıldıktan sonra da depolamada kalabilir. Proje silme veya yedekten geri yükleme, bu eski fotoğraf dosyalarını otomatik olarak temizlemez.
Uygulamanın cihazdaki kayıtlarını, fotoğraf kopyalarını ve önbelleğini kaldırmak için Android Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > Parça Parça > Depolama bölümündeki verileri/depolamayı temizleme seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz. Bu işlem cihazdaki uygulama verilerini kaybettirir. Menü adları değişebilir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da normalde uygulamaya ait yerel verileri kaldırır.
Cihazınızın veya işletim sisteminizin yedekleme ve geri yükleme hizmetleri kendi ayarlarına bağlıdır; yedekler daha sonra verileri geri getirebilir. Tüm verilerin her zaman yalnızca cihazda kalacağını veya kaldırmanın bütün kopyaları sileceğini garanti etmeyiz. Sistem yedeklerini ilgili cihaz/hesap ayarlarından; dışa aktardığınız veya paylaştığınız dosyaları bulundukları konumlardan ayrıca yönetin ve silin. Ege Software bu kopyaları veya cihazınızdaki kayıtları uzaktan silemez.
Google reklam verileri Google’ın saklama ve silme uygulamalarına tabidir; uygulama verilerini temizlemek Google’ın elindeki verileri otomatik olarak silmez. Bu politika Google adına sabit bir saklama süresi taahhüt etmez.
7. Destek, talepler ve güvenlik
Bize e-posta gönderirseniz adresiniz, mesajınız ve eklemeyi seçtiğiniz dosyalar destek talebini yanıtlamak için işlenir; e-posta hizmet sağlayıcısı iletim ve saklamayı sağlar. Şifre veya gereksiz hassas bilgi göndermeyin. Yazışmalar talebin çözümü, gerekli takip ve varsa yasal saklama yükümlülükleri için tutulur. Bu yazışmalarla ilgili erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebinizi kenanylmz1986@gmail.com adresine, “Parça Parça gizlilik talebi” konusuyla gönderebilirsiniz.
Yerel kayıtlar için uygulamaya özel bir şifreleme veya güvenli kasa özelliği sunulmaz. Cihaz kilidi, işletim sistemi güvenliği ve yedekleme ayarlarınız önemlidir. Hiçbir depolama ya da aktarım yöntemi mutlak güvenlik garantisi vermez.
8. Yaş grubu
Parça Parça, 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinlere yöneliktir; çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Bir çocuğun destek kanalı üzerinden kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünüyorsanız, ilgili bilgilerin kaldırılması için bizimle iletişime geçin.
9. Bu sayfa ve değişiklikler
Bu web sayfasını açtığınızda barındırma hizmeti, sayfayı sunmak ve korumak için IP adresi ve istek zamanı gibi bağlantı bilgilerini işleyebilir. Gizlilik bağlantısını açmak cihazınızdaki proje içeriğini bu sayfaya göndermez.
Uygulamanın veri uygulamaları veya hizmet sağlayıcıları değişirse bu sayfayı ve güncelleme tarihini değiştiririz. Gerekli ek bilgilendirme ve seçimler uygulamada sunulur. En güncel politika bu adreste bulunur.
English Privacy Policy
1. Developer and scope
Parça Parça (called Stitch Batch in the English interface) is a crochet and amigurumi project tracker developed by Ege Software. This policy describes the Android release being prepared with Google AdMob advertising; it does not mean the app is already published in an app store.

2. Projects and photos you select
Project and part names, target quantities, row progress, notes, assembly checklists, archive status, creation and update times, language preference, and photos you select are stored in the app’s storage on your device. They are used to display your projects and let you resume your work.
The app has no account or sign-in, Ege Software app backend, cloud synchronization, or Firebase service. We do not send project content or selected photos to Ege Software servers or the advertising service. This does not mean that the advertising service described below collects no data.
Adding a photo is optional. A copy of the image you select with the photo picker is saved in the app’s file storage; you can manage photo access in your device’s permission settings. Removing a photo in the app does not delete the original from your gallery.
3. Google AdMob advertising and data sharing
The Android release has one banner ad placement, only on the Studio screen. The app requests non-personalized ads; this does not make advertising anonymous or data-free. Project tracking works offline even when no ad loads.
Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), app/ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, device identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID, and account-related identifiers where applicable. Purposes include ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention. Transmission uses TLS encryption. See Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure.
Google processes this information through its services. Retention, deletion, sharing, and processing on servers outside your country are covered by the Google Privacy Policy. The app does not use a separate behavioral analytics service beyond Google’s advertising service.
4. Your advertising privacy choices
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks advertising privacy status and displays a choice form where required. Google Mobile Ads initialization and ad requests wait until UMP reports that ads may be requested. Valid previous choices may apply; a form does not necessarily appear at every launch.
When UMP reports that privacy options are required, open Studio > Advertising privacy options to revisit the form and change the available choices. Ads are not displayed while this privacy check is in progress. If ads are not permitted or the advertising service is unavailable, you can still use project tracking.
Where offered in Android settings, you can reset or delete your advertising ID. Menu names vary by device and Android version. This does not delete your project records or necessarily delete all information Google has already processed.
5. JSON backups and sharing you initiate
Studio > Export backup writes your project information and language preference to a JSON file. Photos are not included. The backup is not encrypted; anyone with access to the file can read its notes and other records. Store it securely and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
The app, person, or cloud service you choose to save or share the file with may receive it; you select that destination and its privacy terms apply. This is not automatic cloud synchronization provided by the app. Importing a backup replaces your existing projects after confirmation and does not restore photos. Import/export can create temporary file copies in the app’s cache.
6. Retention and deletion
Delete project removes a project from your active records. Remove photo detaches a photo from the project. Undo can reverse recent changes during the current session; this action history is cleared when the app closes. Archiving is not deletion.
On Android, file copies of removed or replaced photos are not immediately erased, to support undo, and can remain in storage after restarting the app. Deleting a project or restoring a backup does not automatically clean up those old photo files.
To remove the app’s device records, photo copies, and cache, use the clear data/storage option in Android Settings > Apps > Parça Parça > Storage. This causes loss of the app’s data on that device. Menu names may vary. Uninstalling normally also removes the app’s local data.
Device or operating-system backup and restore services depend on your settings; backups may restore data later. We do not guarantee that all data always stays only on the device or that uninstalling removes every copy. Manage and delete system backups in the relevant device/account settings and exported or shared files wherever you stored them. Ege Software cannot remotely delete these copies or records on your device.
Google advertising data follows Google’s retention and deletion practices; clearing app data does not automatically delete data held by Google. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period on Google’s behalf.
7. Support, requests, and security
If you email us, your address, message, and attachments you choose to send are processed to respond to your request; the email provider handles delivery and storage. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Correspondence is retained for resolving the request, necessary follow-up, and any applicable legal retention obligations. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning this correspondence, email kenanylmz1986@gmail.com with the subject “Parça Parça privacy request”.
The app does not provide its own encryption or secure-vault feature for local records. Your device lock, operating-system security, and backup settings matter. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Intended age group
Parça Parça is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the support channel, contact us about removing that information.
9. This page and changes
When you open this web page, its hosting service may process connection information, such as IP address and request time, to deliver and protect the page. Opening the privacy link does not send your device’s project content to this page.
If the app’s data practices or service providers change, we will update this page and its revision date. Additional notices and choices will be provided in the app where required. The latest policy is available at this address.
