1. Geliştirici ve kapsam
Marina Tycoon, Ege Software tarafından geliştirilen bir marina yönetimi oyunudur. Bu gizlilik politikası, oyunun mevcut çevrimdışı sürümündeki veri kullanımını ve bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde paylaştığınız bilgileri açıklar.
Gizlilikle ilgili sorularınız ve veri talepleriniz için destek@egesoftware.net adresine yazabilirsiniz.
2. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Seçtiğiniz kaptan adı, yerel profiliniz, oyun ilerlemeniz, oyun içi para ve seviyeler, başarılar, istatistikler, ayarlar ve çevrimdışı ilerlemeyi hesaplamak için kullanılan zaman bilgileri cihazınızda saklanır. Bu bilgiler oyuna kaldığınız yerden devam etmenizi ve tercihlerinizi korumayı sağlar. Kaptan adı için gerçek adınızı kullanmanız gerekmez.
Bu oyun kayıtları Ege Software sunucularına gönderilmez. Mevcut sürümde çevrimiçi hesap oluşturma, kullanıcı girişi veya bulut kayıt hizmeti bulunmaz. Oyun; e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, kamera ya da mikrofon verilerinizi toplamaz.
3. Reklamlar, analiz ve üçüncü taraflar
Mevcut çevrimdışı sürümde etkin bir üçüncü taraf reklam, davranış analizi veya uygulama içi satın alma hizmeti bulunmaz. Oyun kişisel verileri reklam amacıyla paylaşmaz veya satmaz. Oyun içindeki çevrimiçi hizmet ya da mağaza seçeneklerine ilişkin açıklamalar, bu hizmetlerin etkin olduğu anlamına gelmez.
Oyunu indirdiğiniz uygulama mağazası ve cihazınızın işletim sistemi, kendi hizmetleri kapsamında indirme, cihaz tanılama veya yedekleme bilgilerini kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işleyebilir. Bu işlemler oyunun Ege Software’e veri göndermesinden bağımsızdır.
4. Destek için paylaştığınız bilgiler
Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz, mesajınız ve isteğe bağlı eklediğiniz ekran görüntüleri veya teknik bilgiler destek talebinizi yanıtlamak için işlenir. Mesajınıza şifre, ödeme kartı bilgisi veya gereksiz hassas bilgi eklemeyin.
Destek yazışmaları talebin çözümü ve gerekli takip süresince; hukuki bir saklama zorunluluğu varsa bu zorunluluğun gerektirdiği süre boyunca tutulur. E-posta hizmet sağlayıcısı mesajların iletilmesi ve saklanması için bu bilgileri işleyebilir. Bilgileriniz pazarlama amacıyla satılmaz; yalnızca destek hizmetinin sunulması veya hukuken gerekli hallerde paylaşılır.
5. Saklama ve silme
Yerel oyun ve profil kayıtları siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Oyundaki yeni oyun seçeneği oyun ilerlemesini sıfırlar. Tüm yerel kayıtları kaldırmak için Android cihazınızda Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > Marina Tycoon > Depolama bölümünden uygulama verilerini temizleyebilirsiniz. Menü adları cihaza göre değişebilir. Bu işlem oyun ilerlemesini ve profilinizi kalıcı olarak siler.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak da normalde cihazdaki uygulama verilerini siler. Cihazınız veya işletim sisteminiz ayrıca bir yedek oluşturmuşsa bu kopyaları ilgili yedekleme ayarlarından yönetmeniz gerekir. Ege Software cihazınızdaki yerel kayıtları uzaktan silemez.
Destek için bize gönderdiğiniz kişisel bilgilerin silinmesini istemek için destek@egesoftware.net adresine ‘Marina Tycoon veri silme talebi’ konulu bir e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. Talep değerlendirilirken gerekli kimlik doğrulaması ve varsa yasal saklama yükümlülükleri hakkında bilgi verilir.
6. Güvenlik ve haklarınız
Oyun kayıtları cihazın uygulamaya ayrılan depolama alanında tutulur. Cihaz güvenliği, ekran kilidi ve yedekleme tercihleri sizin kontrolünüzdedir. Hiçbir dijital depolama veya iletişim yöntemi mutlak güvenlik garantisi vermez.
Uygulanabilir mevzuat kapsamında kişisel bilgileriniz hakkında bilgi ve erişim isteme, yanlış bilgilerin düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini talep etme ve ilgili koşullarda işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız için destek adresimizden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
7. Çocukların gizliliği
Mevcut çevrimdışı oyun, çocuklar dahil oyunculardan kişisel bilgi göndermelerini istemez ve oyun kayıtlarını cihaz dışına iletmez. Bir çocuğun destek yazışması yoluyla kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünüyorsanız bize bildirin; ilgili bilgilerin silinmesi için talebinizi değerlendiririz.
8. Bu sayfa ve politika değişiklikleri
Bu gizlilik sayfasını ziyaret ettiğinizde barındırma hizmeti, sayfanın sunulması ve güvenliği için IP adresi ve istek zamanı gibi standart bağlantı bilgilerini işleyebilir. Bu web bağlantısı bilgileri cihazınızdaki oyun kayıtlarıyla birleştirilmez.
Oyunun veri uygulamaları değişirse, örneğin çevrimiçi hesap, bulut kayıt veya reklam hizmeti eklenirse, bu politika ilgili veri türlerini ve sağlayıcıları açıklayacak şekilde güncellenir. English Privacy Policy
1. Developer and scope
Marina Tycoon is a marina management game developed by Ege Software. This privacy policy explains data use in the current offline version of the game and the information you share when contacting us.

2. Information stored on your device
Your chosen captain name, local profile, game progress, in-game currency and levels, achievements, statistics, settings, and timing information used to calculate offline progress are stored on your device. This information lets you continue playing and preserves your preferences. You do not need to use your real name as your captain name.
These game records are not sent to Ege Software servers. The current version has no online account creation, sign-in, or cloud save service. The game does not collect your email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera data, or microphone data.
3. Advertising, analytics, and third parties
The current offline version has no active third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or in-app purchase service. The game does not share or sell personal data for advertising. Descriptions of online services or store options within the game do not mean those services are active.
The app store from which you download the game and your device’s operating system may process download, device diagnostic, or backup information under their own privacy policies. These activities are independent of the game sending data to Ege Software.
4. Information you share for support
If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any screenshots or technical information you choose to attach to respond to your support request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Support correspondence is retained while resolving your request and for necessary follow-up, or for the period required by any applicable legal retention obligation. Our email service provider may process this information to deliver and store messages. Your information is not sold for marketing; it is shared only as needed to provide support or where legally required.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game and profile records remain on your device until you delete them. The new game option resets game progress. To remove all local records on Android, open Settings > Apps > Marina Tycoon > Storage and clear the app’s data. Menu names may vary by device. This permanently deletes your game progress and profile.
Uninstalling the app normally also removes its data from your device. If your device or operating system has created a separate backup, manage those copies through its backup settings. Ege Software cannot remotely delete records stored on your device.
To request deletion of personal information you sent to us for support, email destek@egesoftware.net with the subject ‘Marina Tycoon data deletion request’. We will explain any necessary identity verification and applicable legal retention obligations when assessing your request.
6. Security and your rights
Game records are stored in the device’s storage area assigned to the app. Device security, screen locking, and backup preferences are under your control. No digital storage or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may contact our support address to request information or access to your personal information, correction or deletion, or to object to processing where applicable.
7. Children’s privacy
The current offline game does not ask players, including children, to send personal information and does not transmit game records off the device. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support message, contact us so we can assess your request to delete it.
8. This page and policy changes
When you visit this privacy page, the hosting service may process standard connection information, such as your IP address and request time, to deliver and secure the page. This web connection information is not combined with game records stored on your device.
If the game’s data practices change, for example through online accounts, cloud saves, or advertising, this policy will be updated to explain the relevant data types and providers. Additional notices and consent will be provided where required. The current policy and update date are published on this page.
